• Age: 21 to 64 years

• Minimum working experience: a minimum of 2 years in the same field.

• Nationality: Resident/ Lebanese since 10 years

• Minimum monthly income: LL 800,000.

• Family monthly income should not exceed the LL 5,000,000.

            Loan features:

• House types: Principal, finished house, total surface area (living section) should not exceed 200m2.

• Max. Loan amount: LBP 180 million            

• Loan Period           : Up to 30 years

• Down payment required:        25%

• Monthly payment: less or max. equal to 1/3 of the monthly income.

• Interest rate: Variable, renewable each 2 years, based on 40% of 2 years LBP TB rate + fixed % of 3.5% actually.
